Important: Pay Leg and ESP GCV requirements only take into account volume from the United States and Canada.
Important: All paid ranks earned for each qualifying cycle must have 80% of the volume from the United States or Canada. If the volume is less than 80%, the system will check for the next highest rank that meets the 80% requirement.
For example, if you earned the rank of Platinum but only 4,000 GCV came from the United States and Canada, your rank for the cycle will be Gold.
